Refund / Return Policy

TravaLab also has refund/return policy in which the patients or clients can lodge return claim or ask for a refund at any time if the services or reception they receive from the doctors are poor and dissatisfactory.

This policy covers only valid claims such as:

  1. Poor service from the doctor
  2. The client bought the medicines at expensive rates
  3. Did not receive a prescription after doctor’s appointment
  4. The overall reception from the mobile app was dissatisfactory

In case of a refund/return claim, the patient or client need to wait 3-5 business days until the QA team of TravaLab will confirm your refund / return claim. After confirmation, our team will offer the patient or client an alternative to the service or can issue a refund voucher as per their request.
